Business Process Automation Consultant Locus is currently looking for a consultant to become part of the Business Process Automation team in the Sydney office. The team provides implementation, training, technical support and consulting services to Locus clients in the areas of workflow system implementation, document automation and document management. This role requires interstate travel from time to time. Required Skills/Experience: - Providing solutions and analysing requirements for document automation and workflow solutions
- Consulting experience in relation to sales environment
- Experience or knowledge of the business practices of a law firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of Office Automation solutions such as word processing, database, workflow and document management
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills (all versions)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience as a trainer
Desirable Attributes/Qualities: - Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to carry out research and analysis
- A good team player
- Experience with a macro or programming language would be desirable

- 5 years or more experience in managing complex projects in a software solutions role
- Training in project management methodologies
- Business systems analysis and design with the ability to translate this to written information for use by programmers and end users.
- 5 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Law or Accounting firm
Desirable Attributes/Qualities: - Well-developed presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and to provide leadership.
- High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and superior negotiation skills to achieve project outcomes
- High-level organisational skills
